Conventional threaded bottom brackets like your Italian-threaded BB shell shouldn't foil plans to upgrade your ride. ROTOR conceived its Universal Bottom Bracket (UBB) concept to eliminate the complicated bottom bracket/crank compatibility challenge that has increasingly frustrated the mechanics at your LBS. Bottom bracket cups for the installation of Campagnolo and Fulcrum Ultra Torque cranksets at frames with oversize bottom bracket shells. These specific adapters are made of aluminium and have the same bearing seat function as the already renowned Ultra Torque threaded cups. The adapters simply replace the standard cups on frames with oversize bottom bracket shells. The adapters are about 20 grams lighter than standard cups.
